Customer Support Consultant
We're hiring Customer Support Consultant (with French) to deliver outstanding, timely support for our B2B/SaaS customers. You'll resolve technical issues, create and maintain support documentation, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve customer experience and meet SLAs.
