Help & FAQ
What is Pulse?
Pulse is an evidence-linked map of insurance companies, jobs, market signals, capacity paths and industry events.
How fresh are jobs?
Job cards show when Pulse last explicitly checked a role. Older roles are marked for recheck rather than silently treated as fresh.
Why do some companies have more detail than others?
Profiles reflect available source evidence. Pulse shows research status and sources so you can see how complete a profile is.
How does Find Capacity work?
Pulse structures the request and routes possible market paths. Submitting a request does not create coverage or an offer.
Can I report a mistake?
Yes. Use “Report incorrect information” or “Suggest an update” on Pulse, or email hello@finsure.us.
How can a company correct or request removal of its profile?
Email hello@finsure.us with the company name, the Pulse profile URL, the requested correction or removal, and an authoritative source supporting the request. Pulse will verify the requester and source, place disputed information on hold when appropriate, preserve an audit record of the request and resolution, and either correct the canonical profile, merge it to the proper company, keep it held from public display, or explain why sourced public information remains in scope. Job corrections should include the employer career-system URL or job URL.
Where are my saved jobs and companies stored?
Most save/follow convenience state is stored locally in your browser during beta.
